Super Built-Up Area definition

Super Built-Up Area means the built up area of the Unit together with the proportionate share in the common parts, portions and areas of the Project, as may be determined by the Promoter’s architect;
Super Built-Up Area according to the context shall in relation to the said Unit or any other unit in the new building mean and include
Super Built-Up Area means & include Carpet Area, the exclusive areas coupled with the Flat and the proportionate area occupied by the Common Area and Common Facilities.

Examples of Super Built-Up Area in a sentence

  • The total price payable for the final Super Built-Up Area shall be recalculated upon confirmation by the L&DO/MoHUA.

  • The Maintenance Charge and all other charges that the Purchaser will be required to pay will be calculated on the Super Built-Up Area of the Unit of the Purchaser mentioned in Schedule-S.

  • Super Built-Up Area means the built up area (i.e. the carpet area plus the thickness of outer walls and the balcony) plus proportionate area of common areas such as the lobby, lifts shaft, stairs, etc.

  • The Maintenance Charge and all other charges that the Purchaser will be required to pay will be calculated on the Super Built-Up Area of the Unit of the Purchaser mentioned in Schedule-M.

  • The term proportionate shall mean the proportion the Unit Area mentioned in Part-I of this Schedule will bear to the Super Built-Up Area of all the Units in the Building to be constructed at the Premises described in Schedule-A.


More Definitions of Super Built-Up Area

Super Built-Up Area of an apartment shall mean the Built-Up Area of such Apartment and the Proportionate share in the Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities attributable to such apartment at any point of time.
Super Built-Up Area of an Apartment shall mean the Built-Up Area of such Apartment and the Proportionate Undivided Share attributable to such Apartment.
Super Built-Up Area of the said Flat Unit shall mean the area of the said Flat Unit including the areas comprised in the said Flat and the proportionate share in the Common Areas and such area shall be applicable for the purpose of calculation of the liabilities of the Allottee including for municipal taxes, maintenance charges, deposits, etc.;
Super Built-Up Area of the said Apartment Unit has been mutually agreed to be calculated by adding (i) the built-up area of the said Apartment and (ii) an agreed fixed percentage of ( ) per cent of the built up area of the said Apartment;
Super Built-Up Area means an area equivalent to 1.22 times of the of the Unit and the said multiplication factor has been arrived at after taking into account the proportionate area comprised in common areas and common facilities in the Building and in the Complex and other relevant parameters and for commercial considerations.
Super Built-Up Area or “SBUA” shall mean the Built up Area and the undivided proportionate area occupied by the Common Areas and Facilities of the Project Symphony;
Super Built-Up Area means 25% to be charged on the Built up /Covered area for the right of user of all common areas of the said building.
