All expenses for running and operating all machines equipments and installations comprised in the Common Areas and Installations and also the costs of repairing, renovating and replacing the same, including AMC, insurance etc.
The Promoter and the Land Owners have agreed to sell and transfer the proportionate undivided indivisible impartible variable share in the Common Areas and Installations attributable to the Apartment for the benefit of the Allottee and unless the laws for the time being in force otherwise requires such sale and transfer to be carried out in favour of the Association / Maintenance Company, the same shall be conveyed in favour of the Allottee as part of the said Unit, to which the Allottee hereby agrees.
Maintenance Expenses wherever referred to in this Agreement shall mean and include all expenses for the maintenance, management, upkeep and administration of the Common Areas and Installations and for rendition of services in common to the Allottees and all other expenses for the common purposes to be contributed borne paid and shared by the Allottees of the Project including those mentioned in Schedule H below (“Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges”).
EXPENSES shall mean and include all expenses for the maintenance, management, upkeep and administration of the Common Areas and Installations and for rendition of services in common to the Co-owners/Co-Lessees and all other expenses for the common purposes to be contributed borne paid and shared by the Co-owners/Co-Lessees of the entire Housing Complex including those mentioned in SCHEDULE- L hereto.
