Super Senior Notes means the Floating Rate Super Senior Secured Notes due 2020 to be issued by the Issuer on or about the Issue Date under a separate indenture dated on or about the Issue Date among the Issuer, TIG MidCo Limited, The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, as trustee, paying agent, transfer agent and security agent and The Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) S.A., as registrar.

Examples of Super Senior Notes in a sentence

  • Amounts to be deposited by the Issuer in the Reserve Account shall be as set forth in the Supplement for each Series and Class of Super Senior Notes, Senior Notes and Senior Subordinated Notes.
