Supplemental Notice definition

Supplemental Notice means a notice that amends the proposed rules or changes the timeline
Supplemental Notice means a written notice from the Authority to all affected Mortgage Lenders and the Servicer, and by which the Authority exercises its reserved right to modify certain provisions of this Agreement as provided in Section 8.01 hereof.

  • Upon receipt of a Supplemental Notice from Seller after the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, Buyer shall have the right to (a) terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Seller within five (5) days after receipt of the Supplemental Notice, or (b) elect to proceed with closing the transaction as set forth in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Supplemental Notice

Supplemental Notice means a written notice setting forth BREA’s desire to sell the Properties, the Portfolio/Company Interest or BREA’s Membership Interest, as applicable, at the Third Party Price, which shall set forth such Third Party Price in accordance with Sections 10.1A(4), 10.1B(4) or 10.1C(4), as applicable.
