Examples of Supplemental Site Service Terms and Conditions Addendum in a sentence
In the event of a conflict between or among the Supplemental Site Service Terms and Conditions Addendum and the General Conditions, the Supplemental Site Service Terms and Conditions Addendum shall govern over the General Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Supplemental Site Service Terms and Conditions Addendum and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Supplemental Site Service Terms and Conditions Addendum shall, insofar as they apply to the Services, govern over the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
