Supplier Agent definition

Supplier Agent means any Meter Operator, Data Collector, Data Aggregator or Radio Teleswitch Service Access Provider appointed by a Supplier pursuant to Clause 39.1;

Supplier Agent means a Data Aggregator, a Data Collector or a Meter Equipment Manager. Supply Effective From Date is the first day from which an Energy Supplier is to become (or became) the Registered Supplier for an RMP.

Related to Supplier Agent

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • The Supplier means the individual contractor, manufacturer distributor, or firm supplying/manufacturing the Goods and Services under this Contract and named in the SCC.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue. New Service Request:
