Examples of Nominated Personnel in a sentence

  • The Bidder shall take full responsibility of the Nominated Personnel of such Bidder and its Nominated Entities.

  • The aforesaid Nominated Personnel shall be subject to such security measures as the Authority deems fit.

  • In the event that the Nominated Personnel do not comply with the conditions set forth in this Appendix-XI, the Authority may, in its absolute discretion, revoke its permission to the Bidder for undertaking the visit to the Airport and/ or accessing the Data Room with immediate effect and request all the aforesaid Nominated Personnel to vacate the Airport and/ or the Data Room.

  • The Bidder/ Nominated Entity shall ensure that the Nominated Personnel of such Bidder/ Nominated Entities do not interfere with the operations of the Airport.

  • The Nominated Personnel may take photographs during the visit to the Airport, only with the prior permission of the Authority’s representative(s).

  • Further, the Nominated Personnel of the Bidder and its Nominated Entities shall at all times during their visit to the Airport and/ or the Data Room be required to comply with the conditions set out in Appendix-XI.

  • The Nominated Personnel of the Bidder and its Nominated Entities shall be allowed to visit the Airport and/ or access the Data Room only in accordance with the aforesaid date and time-slot allotted by the Authority to the Bidder.

  • The Tenderer must provide an up-to-date CV (including the names and contact details of two referees) for all Nominated Personnel expected to contribute to the performance of the TOR (no longer than four A4 pages in length).

  • Nominated Person means a person who is a member, or a member and Officer, of the Association

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Local Authority Associated Persons means any person associated with any local authority within the meaning given in section 69 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989;

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties, as of such date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Local Authority Associated Person means any person associated (within the meaning given in section 69(5) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989) with any local authority by which the Academy Trust is influenced;

  • Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

  • Nominated sub Contractor means all specialists, merchants, tradesmen and others executing any special work or supplying any materials for which provisional or prime cost sums are included in the contract, who may have been or be nominated or selected or approved by the Employer / Employer’s Engineer and shall be deemed to be employed by the contractor.

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Nominated Athlete means an Athlete who has been nominated to the NZOC by Swimming New Zealand.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Authorized Personnel means the employees of the Licensee and personnel from third parties who work on behalf of the Licensee under a contract (which shall include confidentiality clause) entered into and between the Licensee and the third party.
