Supplier Subcontractor definition

Supplier Subcontractor means any Affiliate of Supplier, or subcontractor to or agent of Supplier, that performs Services hereunder, even if not approved by the Province to perform the Services as required pursuant to Section 4.4 or Section 4.5, as applicable.
Supplier Subcontractor means any contractor or subcontractor of Supplier, at any tier, performing one or more Secure Services on behalf of Supplier.
Supplier Subcontractor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(a). For the avoidance of doubt, Supplier Subcontractors shall include Approved Subcontractors.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract.
