Supply Chain means the series of entities involved in the supply and purchase of materials and goods, from raw materials to final product.
Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:
Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government. Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.
Test Strategy means a strategy for the conduct of Testing as described further in paragraph 3 of Call Off Schedule 5 (Testing);
Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.
Product name means the name of the commercial feed which identifies it as to kind, class, or specific use.
Supply Chain Disruption means an inability by the Contractor to obtain goods or services from third parties necessary to perform the Work of the Contract within the schedule specified therein, despite the Contractor making all reasonable commercial efforts to procure same. Contractors are advised that increased costs do not, in and of themselves, amount to a Supply Chain Disruption;
Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—
Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.
Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.
Assistance animal means an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability. Assistance animals perform many disability-related functions, including guiding individuals who are blind or have low vision, alerting individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to sounds, providing protection or rescue assistance, pulling a wheelchair, fetching items, alerting persons to impending seizures, or providing emotional support to persons with disabilities who have a disability-related need for such support. An assistance animal is not required to be individually trained or certified. While dogs are the most common type of assistance animal, other animals can also be assistance animals. An assistance animal is not a pet.
Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.
Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.
UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available at http://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.
Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.
