Support & Maintenance definition

Support & Maintenance means the services described on Exhibit C.
Support & Maintenance means: (a) support during regular PickNik business hours for the then-current release of the Licensed Software licensed by Customer hereunder, and (b) rights to updates, enhancements or modifications which PickNik incorporates into and makes a part of the general release Licensed Software and does not separately price or market (each an “Update”). PickNik may charge Customer on a time and material basis for problem resolution services that exceed PickNik’s standard Support & Maintenance, including: (a) when a problem has been created due to Customer error and/or neglect; (b) when such problem is associated with third-party or pre-requisite software;

  • For any disputes arising under this Agreement or any Support & Maintenance Contract that You may have with Versa, the Parties hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in the courts of the state of California (and the US District Court for the district of Northern California).

  • Due to conclusion of a contract for implementation and licence of Comarch Loyalty Management, as well as services related to data centre and Support & Maintenance, signed by Comarch SAS, a subsidiary of Comarch S.A., Comarch S.A. granted a surety for obligations of Comarch SAS resulting from this project.


More Definitions of Support & Maintenance

Support & Maintenance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).

Related to Support & Maintenance

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.
