Supported Assets definition

Supported Assets means hardware or software that the Managed Service is performed on;
Supported Assets means hardware or software that the Managed Service is performed on; “System” means the information and communications technology system to be used
Supported Assets means the types of crypto assets that are supported by, may be transferred to and in respect of which Credits corresponding to such crypto asset may be traded on the Himalaya Exchange fromtime to time as published on the Site of the Himalaya Exchange (which for the avoidance of doubt, shall exclude security tokens, asset tokens or derivatives of any kind).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all Supported Assets have a valid Vendor Maintenance at all times during the Term of the Contract with a Vendor recommended by the Supplier.

Related to Supported Assets

  • Digital Assets means electronic files for which a fee has been paid that are downloaded and stored on home electronic equipment, computers or mobile phones. “Digital assets” does not include downloaded files pertaining to “your” “business”.

  • Replacement Assets means assets and property that will be used in the business of the Company and/or its Restricted Subsidiaries as existing on the Issue Date or in a business the same, similar or reasonably related thereto or in an unrelated business to the extent that it is not material in size as compared to the business of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries taken as a whole (including Capital Stock of a Person which becomes a Restricted Subsidiary).

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Acquired Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Liquid Assets mean Borrower's cash on hand plus Borrower's readily marketable securities.

  • Fixed Assets means Equipment and Real Estate.

  • Purchased Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Company Assets means all assets and property, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed, at any time owned by the Company.

  • Inventories means “Inventories” as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts, such as, but not limited to, provisions in storerooms, refrigerators, pantries and kitchens; beverages in wine cellars and bars; other merchandise intended for sale; fuel; mechanical supplies; stationery; and other expensed supplies and similar items.

  • Risk Weighted Assets means the risk weighted assets or total risk exposure amount, as calculated by the Company in accordance with the Capital Regulations applicable to the Regulatory Group as at that point in time.
