Surviving Dependent definition

Surviving Dependent means a person who is your Spouse, Domestic Partner or Dependent Child at the time of your death.

Surviving Dependent means each individual who immediately prior to the Distribution Date was enrolled in the NiSource Consolidated Flex Medical Plan or NiSource Post-65 Retiree Medical Plan as a surviving dependent of a Deceased Business Employee.

Surviving Dependent means a person covered under the Plan as a Dependent of an enrolled Employee at the time of the Employee’s death.
