Suspension for Delinquent Account. Oracle reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to and/or use of the Services if any payment is due but unpaid but only after Oracle has provided Customer two (2) delinquency notices, and at least thirty (30) days have passed since the transmission of the first notice. Customer agrees that Oracle shall not be liable to Customer or other third party for any suspension pursuant to this Section.

Suspension for Delinquent Account. Vendor reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access and/or use of the Service for any account for which any payment is due but remains unpaid after thirty day’s written notice of such delinquency. Customer agrees that Vendor shall not be liable to Customer, or to any third party, for any suspension of the Service resulting from Customer’s non-payment of the fees as described in this Section.

Suspension for Delinquent Account iDONATEpro reserves the right to suspend Customer’s and any of Customer Affiliatesaccess to and/or use of the Service for any accounts (i) for which any payment is due but unpaid but only after iDONATEpro has provided Customer with two (2) delinquency notices, and at least thirty (30) days have passed since the transmission of the first notice, or (ii) for which Customer has not paid for the renewal term and has not notified iDONATEpro of its desire to renew the Service by the End Date of the then current Term. Customer agrees that iDONATEpro shall not be liable to Customer or to any Customer Affiliate or other third party for any suspension of the Service pursuant to this Section 7.1.

Customer agrees that SilkRoad shall not be liable to Customer or to any Customer Affiliate or other third party for any suspension of the Hosted Service pursuant to this Section.
