Swing Rate definition

Swing Rate means the rate of interest specified by the Swing Line Lender to Borrower as being applicable to a Swing Line Loan requested by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.08(c).
Swing Rate means, for any period, the rate per annum offered by the Swing Bank and accepted by the Borrower.

More Definitions of Swing Rate

Swing Rate means, for any period, the rate per annum offered by the Swing Bank and accepted by the Borrower. The Borrower is under no obligation to accept any offered Swing Rate and the Swing Bank is under no obligation to offer a Swing Rate.
Swing Rate means the maximum rate of delivery of New Gas expressed in MMcf per Day required to serve Buyer’s customers or, in the case of Seller’s Final Additional Commitment Forecast, the maximum rate of delivery of Gas expressed in MMcf per Day which Seller forecasts it can supply.
Swing Rate means Seller's maximum daily obligation to deliver gas expressed in millions of cubic feet.
Swing Rate means the ratio of the Deliverability (MMcf per Day) to the annual purchases expressed as a daily average (MMcf/Day). For example, if annual purchases were 2.92 Bcf and Deliverability were 20 MMcf per Day, the Swing Rate would be [20 / (2920 / 365)] = 2.5.
