Synthetic Greenhouse Gas means any gas identified as a Synthetic Greenhouse Gas in the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989 (Cth) or in any regulations made under that Act. Without limiting the Contractor's obligations under the Contract or otherwise at law or in equity, all drawings which the Contractor is required to provide under the Contract must be prepared by competent draftspersons in accordance with: the standard prescribed in the Contract (or, to the extent it is not so prescribed, a standard consistent with the best industry standard for drawings of a nature similar to those required for the Works); all Statutory Requirements; the directions of the Contract Administrator; and to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the requirements of the Contract, the requirements of all relevant standards of Standards Australia.

  • Greenhouse Gas means carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, and sulfur hexafluoride.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of all Gas, as measured at the tailgate of the Gas Plant, remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Gas Plant and field fuel requirements, and Gas Plant and field losses or uses of Gas at the Gas Plant.
