Talend Policies definition

Talend Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by Talend to provide and support the Subscription or Non-Subscription Services, such as the Service Level Agreement for Cloud Services.

Talend Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by Talend to provide and support the Subscription or Non-Subscription Services, such as the Service Level Agreement for Talend Cloud Services.. 1.28 “Training Services” means instructor-led training services provided by Talend as ordered on an Order Form and as may be further described in a Statement of Work. 1.29 “Unsupported Code” means any program or binary code artifacts created or generated through the use of Talend Open Studio. 1.30 “Work Product” means anything, other than Generated Code, created or delivered by Talend in the course of performing Consulting Services.   • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).

  • Senior Executives has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.3.

  • Policyholders surplus” means an insurer’s net worth, the difference between its assets and liabilities, as reported in its annual statement.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Board Policy means any and all policies adopted by the School Board and in effect at the time the RFP is published and as they may be amended from time to time (“Board Policy”). All Board Policies are incorporated by reference into this Solicitation and into all Proposals submitted by a Proposer.

  • Past Practices shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
