Target Award Number Percentage definition

Target Award Number Percentage means the “Target Award Number Percentage” determined in accordance with the ROE Performance Matrix and the related rules set forth in this Exhibit A.
Target Award Number Percentage means the “Target Award Number Percentage” determined in accordance with the XXX Performance Matrix and the related rules set forth in this Exhibit A.
Target Award Number Percentage means, for each Tranche, the percentage of the Target Award Number for such Tranche that may become vested, determined in accordance with this Exhibit A.

Target Award Number Percentage means the “Target Award Number Percentage” determined in accordance with the XXX Performance Matrix and the related rules set forth in this Exhibit A. Related to Target Award Number Percentage

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

  • Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).
