Target EV definition

Target EV means the amount payable to Executive, which is expressed as a percentage of Executive’s Termination Base Salary, as a bonus or incentive payment to Executive under the Company’s annual bonus or incentive program presuming that the Company and individual performed at target under all applicable performance criteria and objectives.
