Target Funds definition

Target Funds. Means Alternative Target Funds and Traditional Target Funds;
Target Funds means other UCITS and/or in other UCIs in which the Fund may invest. "UCI" means undertaking for collective investment.
Target Funds means, on any date of determination, the underlying funds (whether established as a unit trust, corporate vehicle, limited partnership, limited liability company or other investment entity) in which the Borrower is invested.

Examples of Target Funds in a sentence

  • In case of investments in Target Funds (as defined in Section 7.1.VII), the Funds will, for purposes of calculating their equity quota, consider the actual equity quotas of the Target Funds published on each Business Day of the Target Funds, provided that a valuation takes place at least once a week.

  • No adjustment is made if there are discrepancies between the estimated and the actual net asset value of the Target Funds, which is only obtainable after the calculation date of the net asset value of the Sub-Fund.

  • Costs Related to Investments in Target FundsInvestors should note that investments in Target Funds generally incur the same costs both at Subfund and Target Fund level.

  • In addition to such management fee, a performance fee may be indirectly charged from the assets of the Subfund in respect of the Target Funds contained therein.

  • Besides the expenses incurred by the Management Company in managing the Subfund, a management fee may also be charged for investments in Target Funds considered to be Affiliated Funds and be indirectly charged from the assets of the Subfund in respect of the Target Funds contained therein.

  • This risk is mitigated through the design of the three Target Funds, which aim to protect members from relative market movements in the years just prior to retirement.

  • Such investment will be made within the investment restrictions set out in section 5 of Chapter 5, “Investment Restrictions”, establishing a limit of 10% of the total net assets of the Subfund for investments in shares or units of Target Funds.

  • The Management Company may also charge a management fee for investments in Target Funds considered to be Affiliated Funds.

  • By alternative investment strategies, the Subfund aims to include Target Funds aiming to achieve an absolute return.

  • Deviating from the limits stated in section 5) of chapter 5, “Investment Restrictions”, the Subfund may invest up to 100% of its net assets in Target Funds (including UCITS- compliant ETFs).

Related to Target Funds

  • Target Assets means the types of assets described under “Business— Overview” in the prospectus included in the Registration Statement, subject to, and including any changes to the Company’s Investment Guidelines that may be approved by the Manager and the Company from time to time.

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Target housing means any housing constructed prior to 1978, except housing for the elderly or persons with disabilities (unless any one or more children age 6 years or under resides or is expected to reside in such housing for the elderly or persons with disabilities) or any 0-bedroom dwelling.

  • TARGET 2 means the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system which utilizes a single shared platform and which was launched on November 19, 2007.

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;

  • Target area means a contiguous geographic area in which 50% or more of the households have income that is less than 80% of the statewide median household income.

  • Target Share means any share of the Common Stock, no par value per share, of the Target.

  • Target Shares means common shares in the capital of Target, as currently constituted;

  • Bonus Pool means the pool of funds available for distribution to Participants. Subject to the terms of the Plan, the Committee establishes the Bonus Pool for each Performance Period.

  • Target Net Working Capital means $36,500,000.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.
