Target RSU Award definition

Target RSU Award means the number of RSUs that are eligible to vest on the Vesting Date pursuant to Exhibit A.
Target RSU Award means the number of shares shown for the Participant in the “Target Restricted Stock Unit Award” column of Table 1 on Exhibit A.
Target RSU Award means the target number of Shares payable pursuant to an RSU Award to which a Participant would be entitled if the Company achieves the applicable target performance determined by the Committee with respect to the applicable Performance Period.

  • Company RSU Award means any award of restricted stock units or performance stock units outstanding under the Company Stock Plans.

  • RSU Award or “RSU” means an Award of restricted stock units representing the right to receive an issuance of shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5(a).
