Examples of Target Stock Plan in a sentence

  • No person holds any option to purchase Target Common Stock or has units or other awards outstanding under any stock-option or other equity-based plan, program or arrangement sponsored by Target or any of its Subsidiaries other than the Target Stock Plan.
