Task D. Not later than two (2) years after the date this Agreement is executed by the Commissioner (or after a longer period if the extension is agreed to by IDEM and the Applicant), the Applicant shall fully determine the nature and extent of the actual or threatened release of petroleum or hazardous substances in accordance with a voluntary remediation investigation plan that IDEM has approved in writing. This requirement is subject to the provision in Exhibit C, Part I, General Special Conditions, Access, concerning areas owned or controlled by entities other than the Applicant. The Applicant shall submit an investigation report for review by IDEM.
Task D. European implementation of a guideline for early interventions among uniformed ser- vices. The literature report (Action C2/ D1) and a two-days seminar was prepared (Action D2).

Examples of Task D in a sentence

Related to Task D

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Task means the amount of work to be done by one individual worker or a gang in order to earn one day’s wage.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • CMC means Comprehensive maintenance Contract (labour, spare and preventive maintenance)

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • BPA means Bonneville Power Administration.

  • SOQ means Statement of Qualifications.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Project Number means a unique number assigned to the project by the department or the city, village, town or county that is undertaking the project.

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.
