Technical Conditions of Tender definition

Technical Conditions of Tender means the Technical Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure B;
Technical Conditions of Tender means the technical conditions for the development of the Land set out in Appendix F, and includes all supplementals, additions, variations and amendments to it.
Technical Conditions of Tender means the Technical Conditions of Tender for the Land as set out in the Tender Packet;

More Definitions of Technical Conditions of Tender

Technical Conditions of Tender means the Technical Conditions of Tender comprised in the Tender Packet, including the Conditions and Requirements of Authorities/Public Utility Licensees, and all other attachments. The provisions in the attachments shall have the same force and effect as if expressly set out in the body of the Technical Conditions of Tender. For clarity, the phrase “Technical Conditions of Tender” includes all addendum letters and corrigenda, announced or published by JTC at JTC’s Website prior to the Tender Closing Date, and all other relevant documents which may be obtained from JTC’s Website.

Related to Technical Conditions of Tender

  • Conditions of Tender means the Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure A;
