Technical Cooperation Agreement definition

Technical Cooperation Agreement means an agreement (Convênio de Cooperação Técnica) whose draft is included in the Project Operational Manual and to be executed between Fundação ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Borrower as referred to under Section I.A.2 and 3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, pursuant to which the Borrower shall make the parts of the proceeds of the Loan available to Fundação ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the implementation of Part 2(a)(ii) of the Project.
Technical Cooperation Agreement means each of the institutional arrangements (Acordos de Cooperação Técnica) referred to in Section 3.03 (a) of this Agreement;
Technical Cooperation Agreement means an agreement (Convênio) to be signed between the Borrower, through its Secretariat for Development and Regional Integration, and CAR for the implementation of the Project and in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
