Project Operational Manual. The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with procedures set forth in the Project Operational Manual, and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, shall not amend or waive any provision thereof, if such amendment or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
Project Operational Manual. 1. The Recipient shall ensure that its Respective Part of the Project is carried out in accordance with the arrangements, procedures and guidelines set out in the Project Operational Manual.

Project Operational Manual. 1. The Borrower, through MEP, shall, and shall cause SINAES, CONARE and the Participating Universities (pursuant to the SINAES Agreement, the CONARE Agreement and the pertinent AMI, respectively) to, carry out the pertinent parts and the Project under their responsibility (including the PMIs) in accordance with a manual (“Operational Manual”), satisfactory to the Bank, containing, inter alia: (a) the rules, methods, guidelines, standard documents and procedures for the carrying out of the relevant parts of the Project; (b) the detailed description of the institutional arrangements of the Project; (c) the Project administrative, accounting, auditing, reporting, financial, procurement and disbursement procedures; (d) the criteria, guidelines and procedures for the approval, implementation and monitoring of PMIs and AIPs, including specifications regarding eligible expenditures to be financed under the Subprojects and targets for measuring the progress on the objectives of the PMIs; (e) the terms and conditions for the provision of Grants; (f) the monitoring indicators for the Project; (g) the functions, staffing requirements, and responsibilities of the UCP; (h) the PMI Implementation Criteria; (i) the ESMF; and (j) the IPPF. In the event that any provision of the Operational Manual shall conflict with this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Project Operational Manual. 1. The Recipient shall not later than one month of the Effective Date, adopt the Project Operational Manual in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, containing detailed arrangements and procedures for: (a) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution of the Project; (b) Project budgeting, disbursement and financial management; (c) procurement; (d) environmental and social safeguard guidelines; (e) monitoring, evaluation, reporting and communication; and (f) such other administrative, financial, technical and organizational arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the Project.
Project Operational Manual. The Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of a manual (the “Project Operational Manual”) satisfactory to the Bank, said manual to include, inter alia: (i) the procedures for the carrying out, monitoring and evaluation of the Project; (ii) the indicators to be used for Project monitoring and evaluation; (iii) the organizational structure of the Project (including the roles and responsibilities of SEPLAG, SEE, SAD, the Monitoring and Evaluation Committee, the Instituto Xxxxxx Xxxxx and the Fundação Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and any other Technical Partner acceptable to the Bank); (iv) the Project procurement and financial management requirements and procedures; (v) the Project’s chart of accounts and internal controls; (vi) the format of: (A) the unaudited interim financial reports referred to in Section II. B.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and (B) the Financial Statements; (vii) the terms of reference for carrying out the Project audits under Section II.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; (viii) the detailed criteria for the monitoring of the Disbursement-Linked Indicators; (ix) the indicators, criteria and rules for a disbursement-based financing scheme for Part 1 of the Project; and (x) the EEPs budget for the life of the Project. In case of any inconsistency between any provision of the Project Operational Manual and this Agreement, the provision of this Agreement will prevail. Any amendment to the Project Operational Manual can occur only if acceptable to the Bank.
Project Operational Manual. The Borrower, through SE, shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Project Operational Manual (or “POM”), acceptable to the Bank, which shall include, inter alia: (a) the procedures for Project implementation, reporting, monitoring and evaluation; (b) the institutional arrangements for the Project, including the composition, functions and responsibilities of the SE and DGPyPSyE; (c) the Project’s procurement, financial management, and disbursement requirements and procedures; (d) the criteria for the prioritization and inclusion of Participating Provinces under Part 1 of the Project, including: (i) the criteria for the selection of the Selected Beneficiaries and the Subprojects; and (ii) the terms and conditions of the Participation Agreements; (e) the criteria for the prioritization and selection of the Selected Beneficiaries under Parts 2(a) and 2(b) of the IF-2023-86834155-APN-SSRFID#MEC
Project Operational Manual. The Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Operational Manual (provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures of the POM and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail) and, except as the Association and the Recipient shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall not assign, amend, abrogate or waive any provision thereof.
Project Operational Manual. The Borrower shall carry out the Project, and cause the Project to be carried out, in accordance with the provisions of a manual satisfactory to the Bank (the Project Operational Manual), which shall include, inter alia, the following provisions: (a) the guidelines for the carrying out of Municipal Subprojects under Part A of the Project; (b) the eligibility criteria for Participating TCCs in submitting their respective proposals for Subprojects; (c) the eligibility criteria and detailed procedures for the selection, approval and implementation of Subprojects; (d) Project impact and implementation indicators, including the procedures for monitoring and evaluation of the Project, and the Subproject activities; (e) the Project disbursement and procurement procedures; (f) the Environmental Management Framework; (g) the Land Acquisition and Involuntary Resettlement Policy Framework; (h) the Indigenous Peoples Framework; (i) the format of: (A) the unaudited interim financial reports referred to in Section II.B.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and (B) the Financial Statements; and (j) a model
