Telephone Instruction Letter definition

Telephone Instruction Letter means a telephone instruction letter substantially in the form of Exhibit T, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Telephone Instruction Letter means a letter, dated the Closing Date, issued by a duly authorized officer of Borrower.
