Temporary Staffing placed with the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) will be reimbursed for training and orientation hours completed at the standard hourly billing rate noted in Schedule B.

Contractor must offer health insurance coverage to HTFC temporary employees that meet or exceed the standards of the Affordable Care Act of 2010—Platinum Plan (for New York City—Zip Code 10004) or the New York State Health Insurance Program Empire Plan, according to the same rates and terms as specified in Contractor’s Bid submitted in response to Request for Proposal # 201608_049 for Temporary Staffing Services, for the Term of the Agreement.
Prior to delivery of Temporary Staffing Services, the Contractor shall obtain Department approval of its plan for adding and terminating new and existing Subcontractors.
