Rush Orders. For orders requiring less than stated lead-time, AIS will determine feasibility of meeting required lead-time and will assess the following “rush fee” if request can be accommodated. Credit Three trade references (including bank and account number) are re- quired. All accounts with balances beyond 30 days of invoice date will be put on credit hold until the balance is paid in full.
Rush Orders. Upon request of the Purchasing Entity, Contractor will provide expedited delivery of in-stock equipment in accordance with the Order. Any additional shipping incurred costs above and beyond the already included shipping costs as a result of a rush request shall be quoted and accepted by the Purchasing Entity prior to shipment.
Rush Orders. Company may, at its option, submit orders requesting immediate delivery within three (3) working days (“Rush Orders”). Jabil shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to fill Rush Orders. The parties shall negotiate in good faith the prices for Rush Orders, taking into consideration Jabil’s available inventory and additional personnel expense.

Upon placement of a rush order, Customer shall make a full payment for the Order, along with any additional fees, including but not limited to a nonrefundable Rush Order Placement Fee.
Rush Orders. If Vivint Solar submits a Purchase Order with a Delivery Schedule that does not allow for the Required Lead Time (a “Rush Order”), and Vivint accepts such Purchase Order, Vivint shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fill any such Rush Order, including using the buffer inventory maintained pursuant to Section 7.1, if any, to fulfill any such Rush Order. Vivint may increase the Unit Price of each Product that is subject to a Rush Order by ten percent (10%). Notwithstanding anything in this Section 3.1.4, Vivint shall be under no obligation to accept a Rush Order if the PO Product Quantity exceeds the buffer inventory of the ordered Products, if any, maintained pursuant to Section 7.1 as of the first Scheduled Ship Date proposed by Vivint Solar under such Purchase Order.
Rush Orders. The SELLER reserves the right to apply a minimum of 500$ expediting fee if the production schedule permits it. A rush order is considered as an earlier shipped date to what the agreed Purchase Order confirmation date.
Rush Orders. AGE shall use its best efforts to meet LMS's requirements for reasonable rush orders for Products requiring immediate delivery within 10 days. The parties will negotiate in good faith the prices for such rush orders, taking into consideration AGE's available inventory and additional shipping and personnel expense necessary.
Rush Orders. Blue Coat may, at its option, submit purchase orders requesting immediate shipment (as early as same day shipment) (“Rush Orders”). Synnex shall use its commercially diligent efforts to fill Rush Orders.

Summit operates background screening offices in New York and California, both of which operate normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This provides extended business hours for our clients throughout U.S. time zones. As it is our goal to be the most client-responsive background screening services firm for the County, Summit provides round-the-clock access for urgent requests, as well as a 1-800 customer service number. We also provide 24/7 emergency assistance, with accessibility through direct cell phone contact with management and research analysts. Our team is available to you at all times—as scheduled or on short notice, if needed—to discuss the administration of the contract; policies and procedures; evaluation of services; and other matters such as review of job progress, work quality, and resolution of problems or concerns. Reports are provided, as required. All requests are completed in a timely and effective manner. Training Summit will train all County authorized users in the SummitScreen system as soon as possible. Training will be in-person or via webinar, based on the County’s preference. The Summit team will be available as needed for re-training or to train new authorized users. As mentioned above, Summit will deliver training on-site or via webinar, as per the county’s request. Please note that Summit’s online portal is highly accessible with an intuitive interface; users typically require only several hours of training.
