Terminal 3 definition

Terminal 3 has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Terminal 3 means the storage facility located at Assessor’s Parcel Number 0000-000-000 in the City of Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California, with a shell capacity of approximately 336,000 barrels.
Terminal 3 has the meaning given to such term in the Contribution Agreement.

Terminal 3 means the third terminal to be constructed on the Concession Site as specified in Clause 18.7 (Terminal 3) and Appendix 18 (Minimum Technical Requirements).

  • Terminal means the EMV-enabled machine, terminal or other hardware device you obtain from NCR Voyix as an item of Hardware to use in connection with the Service to make the Offering to the Service User and to access the EMV PSP Service.

  • Wharfage means the basic dues recoverable on all cargo/ container landed or shipped or transshipped within the port limits or passing through the declared landing stage of the port, whether porterage was provided by the port or not.
