Terminalling Service Fee definition

Terminalling Service Fee means for any Month during the Term, the total fee per Barrel of throughput paid by Customer during that Month for terminalling and Ancillary Services at the Terminal, but excluding the Storage Services Fee, as set forth on a Terminal Service Order.
Terminalling Service Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a)(ii).
Terminalling Service Fee means, for any Month during the Term of this Agreement, the total fee per barrel of throughput paid by Tesoro during that Month for terminalling, dedicated storage and Ancillary Services provided by TLO.

Examples of Terminalling Service Fee in a sentence

  • Shortfall Payments shall be equal to the weighted average Terminalling Service Fee paid by Tesoro during that Month across all of the Terminals, multiplied by the aggregate monthly shortfall across all Terminals.

  • Customer shall pay the Terminalling Service Fee for such service as set forth in a Terminal Service Order.

  • During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, TLO shall make available to TRMC at all times commingled storage and throughput capacity for truck rack movements at each respective Terminal sufficient to allow TRMC to throughput the Reserved Capacity for such Terminal, and TRMC shall pay the Terminalling Service Fee for such service, as set forth in a Terminal Service Order.

  • Shortfall Payments shall be equal to the weighted average of the amounts for each Terminal of the Terminalling Service Fee paid by TRMC during that Month and the monthly shortfall at that Terminal.

  • If during any Month during the Term, TRMC throughputs aggregate volumes greater than the Minimum Throughput Commitment, then TRMC shall pay TLO an amount equal to the weighted average of the amounts for each Terminal the volumes throughput by TRMC in excess of the Stipulated Volume for such Terminal multiplied by the Terminalling Service Fee paid by TRMC for that Terminal (the “Excess Amount”).

  • If during any Month during the Term, Customer throughputs aggregate volumes greater than a Minimum Throughput Commitment, then Customer shall pay TLO an amount equal to the fee determined by multiplying the actual volumes throughput by Customer in excess of the applicable Minimum Throughput Commitment by the Terminalling Service Fee (the “Excess Amount”).

  • Shortfall Payments shall be equal to the amount determined by taking the difference between (i) the Terminal Minimum Throughput Commitment for the particular Terminal multiplied by the Terminalling Service Fee for the particular Terminal and (ii) the actual volumes throughput by Customer at the particular Terminal multiplied by the Terminalling Service Fee for the particular Terminal.

  • If during any Month during the Term, Customer throughputs aggregate volumes greater than the Minimum Throughput Commitment, then Customer shall pay TLO an amount equal to the fee determined by multiplying the actual volumes throughput by Customer in excess of the Minimum Throughput Commitment by the Terminalling Service Fee (the “Excess Amount”).
