Terminated Service definition

Terminated Service has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(g).
Terminated Service means that a Participant has, except as a result of death or disability, ceased to be a director, officer, employee or Consultant of the Corporation, as the case may be;
Terminated Service means the service is no longer live on the network.

Examples of Terminated Service in a sentence

  • For the purposes of this subsection, the Filing Date shall be the date that such Participant Terminated Service.

  • In the event of death of such a Participant during the six month period following the date the Participant Terminated Service, the rules under Paragraph 10.6(b)(iii) shall then apply.

  • For the purposes of this paragraph, the Filing Date shall be the date which is six months after the date that such Participant Terminated Service.

  • To the extent necessary to comply with Section 409A of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, a Participant who is a U.S. Person will not be deemed to have Terminated Service for purposes of this Section 10.6(b) unless the termination of service is a “separation from service” within the meaning of Section 409A of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.

  • A Participant who is not a U.S. Person, who has Terminated Service and is entitled to receive a Settlement Amount may receive the Participant’s Settlement Amount by filing a Notice of Settlement on or before November 1st of the first calendar year commencing after the date of the Participant’s Terminated Service.


More Definitions of Terminated Service

Terminated Service means that the Participant has retired, resigned or has been terminated without cause from all positions with the Corporation and any Subsidiary of the Corporation as an officer, executive, employee and director, or has, as a result of disability, otherwise ceased to hold any and all positions with the Corporation and any Subsidiaries. For greater certainty, the death of a Participant or termination with cause from any position with the Corporation and any Subsidiary of the Corporation does not constitute Terminated Service;
Terminated Service means, with respect to an DSU Participant, that the DSU Participant has ceased to be an Eligible Person, other than as a result of death;
Terminated Service has the meaning set forth in Section 8(a).
Terminated Service means that the Participant has ceased to hold any office as a Director, Officer or Employee, including as a result of disability or death;
