Termination Product definition

Termination Product means a Therapeutic Product that (a) exists as of the date of termination (but not expiration) of this Agreement and (b) contains [*****] as an active ingredient.
Termination Product means, with respect to a termination of this Agreement with respect to a Collaboration Product, any such Collaboration Product [***] occurred prior to the effective date of such termination.
Termination Product has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.1.

More Definitions of Termination Product

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:
