Examples of Terms and Conditions of Purchase in a sentence
All references to “terms and conditions” herein mean and include (i) these “General Terms and Conditions of Purchase”; (ii) Buyer’s Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase (when incorporated in Buyer’s Order); and (iii) any other terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing in accordance with Section 2 herein.
The contract awarded shall be for the supply of goods and/or services, subject to SCI’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase (attached to these Conditions).
In addition to the insurance provisions in the City of Pawtucket Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the liability insurance coverage, except Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions or Workers’ Compensation insurance required for performance of a contract with the City of Pawtucket shall include the City of Pawtucket, its divisions, officers and employees as Additional Insureds but only with respect to the selected vendor’s activities under the contract.
The duty to indemnify and/or hold harmless the City of Pawtucket shall not be limited by the insurance required under the City of Pawtucket Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
The Contract The contract awarded shall be for the supply of goods and/or services, subject to SCI’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase (attached to these Conditions).
Submission of a proposal is acknowledgement and acceptance of the City of Pawtucket’s Purchasing Rules and Regulations and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
As provided in the UC Terms and Conditions of Purchase, notices may be given by email, which will be considered legal notice only if such communications include the following text in the Subject field: FORMAL LEGAL NOTICE – [insert, as the case may be, Supplier name or University of California].
Miscellaneous The bid process and resulting contract are subject to the Rules and Regulations and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
The following order of precedence shall apply in the event of an inconsistency within Buyer’s Order and its related documents, as applicable: (i) Buyer’s Order; (ii) Buyer’s Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase;(iii) Buyer’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase; (iv) the Specification; and (v) the Statement of Work or Scope of Services.
