  • Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall also apply if we accept or pay for deliveries of the supplier's products and services in full knowledge of the supplier's conflicting or differing terms and conditions.

  • These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“Terms and Conditions”) will apply to the purchase order or other document to which these Terms and Conditions are attached or in which these Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference (such purchase order or document, the “Order”) unless otherwise agreed in writing between Buyer and Seller.

  • In these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase: 1.1 The ‘Purchaser’ means the Company 1.2 The ‘Seller’ means the person, firm or company named as such on the face of the Purchase order.

  • Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall also apply to all future deliveries and services by the supplier until our new Terms and Conditions of Purchase take effect.

  • Unless We agreed to specific payment or billing terms in this Agreement, fees according to this Agreement must be paid by You in accordance with the JetBrains Terms and Conditions of Purchase (available at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/).

  • HELLA retains the right of ownership and all copyrights in the information and objects HELLA discloses to the Supplier pursuant to or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

  • Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall also apply exclusively even if we do not specifically object to the inclusion of our Supplier’s conditions in individual cases or if, although being aware of contrary or supplementary terms and conditions of the Supplier, we accept a delivery without reservation.

Related to Terms and Conditions of Purchase
