Final Test Notice: Provide a 10-day minimum notice in writing when the system is ready for final acceptance testing.
Except as provided in the applicable Final Terms, the amount of interest payable on each Interest Payment Date in respect of the Fixed Interest Period ending on (but excluding) such date will amount to the Fixed Coupon Amount except if a Breach of Amortisation Test Notice is served on the CBC in which case the interest will be calculated as set out below.

If a Breach of Asset Cover Test Notice is served by the Security Trustee on the CBC following a Breach of Asset Cover Test, the CBC will not be obliged to make payments under the Guarantee until (a) an Issuer Event of Default has occurred and a Notice to Pay has been served or (b) a CBC Event of Default has occurred and a CBC Acceleration Notice has been served.
Without limitation, a Breach of Asset Cover Test or service of a Breach of Asset Cover Test Notice will in itself not oblige the CBC to make payments under the Guarantee.
