Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
First Call Date means the date falling 24 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.
Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)
Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.
Operational Period means the period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with the date and time on which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.
Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.
Response Time (t90) means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system
Survival Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.
Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.
ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.
Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.
Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.
Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.
Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.
Date The Effective Date (as defined in the Funding Agreement)
Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.
Scheduled operation time means the scheduled operating hours of the System for the month. All planned downtime on the system would be deducted from the total operation time for the month to give the scheduled operation time.
Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example
PM means particulate matter.
Review Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(i).
Claim Period means the period of time during which a Settlement Class Member must submit a Claim Form to be eligible to receive a Cash Benefit or Billing Credit Option as part of the Settlement. The Claim Period shall commence not later than thirty (30) days after the Preliminary Approval Date, as defined herein, and shall conclude not more than ninety (90) days after it commences.
PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).
Date of Commercial Operation means the date on which the (nuclear or non-nuclear) power plant has successfully passed all performance and operational tests required by the end customer for commercial operation. In all other cases the warranty shall apply for twenty-four (24) months from delivery of the goods or performance of the services, or such longer period of time as customarily provided by Supplier, plus delays such as those due to non-conforming goods and services. The warranties shall apply to Buyer, its successors, assigns and the users of goods and services covered by this Order.
Retraction Date means the second last business day of a month.
Recovery Time means additional time incorporated in the Working Timetable to allow a train to regain time lost in delay during an earlier part of its journey;
Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;
