The Holiday Period definition

The Holiday Period means the period from 2.30 pm on the Commencement Date until 10.00 a.m on the Departure Date unless otherwise stated or agreed between you and the Owner.

  • Requests for time off over the Holiday Period must be submitted, in writing, by October 1st.

  • You shall not be entitled to a new tenancy, or to any assured short hold or assured tenancy or any statutory protection under the Housing Act 1988 or other statutory security of tenure now or at the end of the Holiday Period.

  • public holiday means any day that is a public holiday in terms of the Public Holiday Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994);

  • Legal Holiday means a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in the City of New York or at a place of payment are authorized by law, regulation or executive order to remain closed. If a payment date is a Legal Holiday at a place of payment, payment may be made at that place on the next succeeding day that is not a Legal Holiday, and no interest shall accrue on such payment for the intervening period.

  • Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Day means calendar day.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Weekend means a Saturday and the following Sunday, assuring a minimum of fifty-six (56) hours off duty;

  • Clearance System Business Day means, with respect to the Clearance System, any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearance System is open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Business Day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.

  • Weekly Rate means the interest rate on the Bonds established in accordance with Section 2.03(b) hereof.
