the Superintendent definition

the Superintendent means the person appointed by the Principal from time to time and notified in writing to the Contractor to act as the Superintendent for the purpose of the Contract;
the Superintendent means the person named in the Annexure hereto as the Superintendent or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to be the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract, and notified as such in writing to the Contractor by the Principal;
the Superintendent means the administrator of the Contract on behalf of the Principal and as identified in Annexure 1.

Examples of the Superintendent in a sentence

  • Special requests to facilitate recording or broadcasting an open Board meeting, such as seating, writing surfaces, lighting, and access to electrical power, should be directed to the Superintendent at least 24 hours before the meeting.

  • In addition to the other notices specified in this policy, the Superintendent or designee shall post the following on the District website: (1) the annual schedule of regular meetings, which shall remain posted until the Board approves a new schedule of regular meetings; (2) a public notice of all Board meetings; and (3) the agenda for each meeting which shall remain posted until the meeting is concluded.

  • Contractor shall be subject to the broadest disclosure category in the District’s Conflict of Interest Code during the term of this Agreement, except to the extent specifically modified in writing by the Superintendent or designee.

the Superintendent means Coughlan Civil Pty Ltd.
