Third Lien Agent definition

Third Lien Agent means Mizzen Capital, LP, in its capacity as “Agent” under (and as defined in) the Third Loan Agreement, and any of its successors in such capacity.
Third Lien Agent means WFF, in its capacity as collateral agent pursuant to the Third Lien Loan Documents, together with its successors and assigns acting in such capacity.
