Third Party Software Program means any software program, including the Documentation (if any) in the Company's possession, developed by a third party and used by Company in developing a Company Software Program or used by the Company in conducting its internal business.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
