Third Party Waste definition

Third Party Waste. Waste which is not Contract Waste;
Third Party Waste means any Waste delivered to any of the County Facilities other than Committed County Waste, Committed City Waste, Self-Haul Waste and TRG Waste.
Third Party Waste shall have that meaning set forth in Section 6.1.7.2 of this Agreement. “Ton” shall mean US short ton equal to two thousand (2000) pounds.

  • Subject to the position on Heat, each Council will receive its Project Share Percentage of income generated by the Contractor from Heat, Power and Third Party Waste which is to the public sector's benefit.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, those details should comprise records relating to the individual sources of Third Party Income generated, including volumes and prices received for each source, the net costs associated with handling and processing any Third Party Waste, the types of material handled and the parties involved in dealing with such Third Party Waste.

  • The Contractor may receive and process Third Party Waste, but shall ensure that NWTF Transfer Station Waste is received and processed in priority to Third Party Waste at each Site.

  • The Solution proposes the generation of Third Party Income from (i) gate fees relating to the acceptance of Third Party Waste, and (ii) revenue from the sale of electricity generated by the Facility through the treatment of both Contract and Third Party Waste.Third Party Income included in the base case financial model is guaranteed by the Contractor and any shortfall will not impact the cost to the Council.

  • Bulky Waste means business waste or domestic waste which by virtue of its mass, shape, size or quantity is inconvenient to remove in the routine door-to-door council service provided by the council or service provider;

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Medical Waste means isolation wastes, infectious agents, human blood and blood products, pathological wastes, sharps, body parts, contaminated bedding, surgical wastes, potentially contaminated laboratory wastes, and dialysis wastes.

  • Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.
