Tier 2 Employees definition

Tier 2 Employees means all non-Tier 1 members of Organovo’s Executive Team, and such other executives as the Committee shall specify from time to time.
Tier 2 Employees means, collectively, Xxxxx Xxxx and Xxx Xxxxxx, and “Tier 2 Employee” means any one of the foregoing individuals;
Tier 2 Employees means the Salaried Employees who are identified on Schedule C, consisting of Salaried Employees who are not Plant Employees and whose work relates directly to the support of the Assets.

Examples of Tier 2 Employees in a sentence

  • The Administrator (as defined in Section 3 below) shall select the Tier 1 Employees and Tier 2 Employees who may participate in the Plan (a “Participant”).

  • Classic – Tier 2: Employees hired on or after July 1, 2012, and who are recognized as “Classic” members, are covered by the 2%@60 retirement formula.

  • Tier 2 Employees (current employees) are defined as those individuals employed in a full-time position with the City of Fountain Valley beginning August 16, 2009 through August 15, 2010.

  • The Administrator (as defined in Section 3 below) shall select the Tier 1 Employees and Tier 2 Employees who may participate in the Plan (a "Participant").

  • Tier 2: Employees hired on or after January 1, 2013 and who are defined by the Public Employees ’ Pension Act (PEPRA) as “new members: ” The retirement formula is two percent (2%) at 62 years of age.

  • To meet that standard, WCE-represented Tier 2 Employees will continue to make the required employee contribution (with no EPMC) of 7% for Local Miscellaneous, but will also contribute (in a phased in manner) to the employer’s side (Government Code (GC) section 20516) to reach the CalPERS standard of equal sharing of normal costs.

  • Tier 2: Employees hired on or after January 1, 2013, and who are defined by the Public Employees ’ Pension Act (PEPRA) as “new members.

  • Tier 2 Employees will be covered by the Fourth level of 1959 Survivors’ Benefit Program (Government Code Section 21574), Survivor Continuance allowance; credit for unused sick leave; fifty percent (50%) ordinary disability benefit and military service credit buy back option.

  • Tier 2 Employees - Tier 2 will include current employees (15-16) with more than 26 years of experience, employees whose salary would decrease with placement on the new salary schedule, or employees whose salary increase would be less than $600 on the Tier I schedule.


More Definitions of Tier 2 Employees

Tier 2 Employees. Each worker hired on or after the establishment of a second pension tier (2% at 60) and included in Tier 2 retirement as defined in Section 23.1 of this agreement shall pay the worker’s seven percent (7%) contribution to CalPERS in accordance with the rules and regulations governing such contributions.

Related to Tier 2 Employees

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Eligible Employees means each employee of the Company or an Affiliate.

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Hired Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Key Employees means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Casual Employees are employed on an "on call" basis to cover absences due to sick leave, vacation, or other approved leaves, or to augment staff during peak periods or periods of staff shortage.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Relevant Employees means the employees who may be affected by a change referred to in subclause (1).

  • Qualifying Employee means any employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries who is and has been an employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries for at least thirty-six (36) months.

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.

  • Public employees retirement system means the retirement plan and program

  • Hired Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Covered Employees means all employees and agents of the Company who are responsible for performing, supervising, overseeing, or managing activities related to the maintenance of online political files, as required by the Political Record- Keeping Statute and Rule.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.
