Examples of T&M Services in a sentence
The Contractor’s compensation for any Basic T&M Services shall be Time and Material.
Except to the extent otherwise provided in a SOW or this Section, all amounts due under this PS Agreement for Professional Services other than T&M Services, shall be invoiced upon Acceptance of each Project Phase.
The Professional Services may also be provided on a time and material basis (“T&M Services”) paid by the hour based on the then current T&M Services hourly rate offered by RingCentral, as specified in the relevant SOW.
During the Term, Owner shall pay O&M Contractor an annual fee in the amount of $[ ] (“Fixed Fees”) as full and complete compensation for performing the Services (other than the T&M Services).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for any T&M Services for which a fixed fee is specified in Exhibit A-2, O&M Contractor shall obtain Owner’s approval to perform such services but shall not submit or negotiate any other fee arrangement.
Provided that the T&M Services are authorized by Owner or the express terms of this Agreement and rendered by O&M Contractor, such T&M Services shall be billed to Owner at the T&M Costs and shall be considered “Services” for the purpose of this Agreement.
In the case of T&M Services, Customer may cancel the affected T&M Services, subject to payment of fees for T&M Services already performed.
The SOW will set forth the fees that the Customer will pay to RingCentral for each Project Phase, and the rates for T&M Services.
Where the Order does not contain T&M Services or specific acceptance criteria and procedures, Professional Services are deemed accepted upon the earlier of either: (i) Avaya providing notice of completion to Customer; or (ii) Customer signing of an acceptance certificate.
This Exhibit A-2 set forth the services constituting the “Time and Material (T&M) Services.” Notwithstanding the inclusion of T&M Services in this Exhibit A-2, such T&M Services shall not become part of the Services except pursuant to approval in the Annual Operating Plan, permitted pursuant to Section 4.4(d) of the Agreement or through a Services Change Order signed by both Parties.
