Tooling Purchase Order definition

Tooling Purchase Order has the meaning set forth in Section 18.1.3.
Tooling Purchase Order means the Contract Documents designated by Toyota which collectively identify the terms of purchase for any Toyota Tooling. In the event there is an inconsistency or conflict between any Tooling Purchase Order and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control. Tooling Purchase Order means the Specific Contract Documents designated by a Toyota Party that collectively specify the terms of purchase for any Tooling.

Tooling Purchase Order is a document issued by Fortaco to the Supplier for the purchase of Typebound Tooling.
Tooling Purchase Order means a confirmed purchase order, letter of intent and related documentation entered into at arm's length between a Borrower and an account debtor pursuant to which such Borrower has agreed to manufacture and assemble tooling for Inventory to be produced by such Borrower for such account debtor.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.
