Total Completion Certificate definition

Total Completion Certificate means the certificate issued to the Design-Builder by the Owner’s Consultant upon the achievement of Total Completion;
Total Completion Certificate means the certificate issued to the Contractor by the School District’s Representative upon the achievement of Total Completion;
Total Completion Certificate means the certificate of the Operator’s Consultant to be issued pursuant to Section 18.8.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Allocation Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 1.12(b).

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Option Certificate means the certificate, substantially in the form set out as Schedule “A” hereto, evidencing an Option;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Occupation Certificate means any occupation certificate as referred to in s 6.4 of the Act in respect of the Development Consent;
