Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.
Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;
Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.
Annual Service Charge for any period means the maximum amount which is payable during such period for interest on, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable during such period in respect of any Disqualified Stock.
Fixed Charges Coverage Ratio means, for any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Income Available for Fixed Charges for the four (4) consecutive fiscal quarters of the Company then most recently ended to (b) Fixed Charges for such period.
Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.
Allowable Charge means the amount from which the carrier's payment to a provider for any
Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
Scottish basic rate means the rate of income tax of that name calculated in accordance with section 6A of the Income Tax Act 2007;
Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.
FIXED CHARGE PER MONTH means the fixed charge per month payable by company which is inclusive of depreciation, parking fee if applicable, all applicable taxes & duties including VAT, insurances, wages and other emoluments of Operator/Driver(s) / Helper(s) /Jugalees and other operation staff/crew excluding GST.
Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.
Fire Chief means the chief of the Fire Department.
Share Charge shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.06.
Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;
Minimum Interest Charge has the meaning given in Section 2.2(b).
Disposable earnings means that part of the earnings of an
Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,
Interest Charge means the interest charge for the purpose of Section 3.07.
Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Extra Premium means an additional amount charged by Us, as per Our Underwriting Policy, which is determined on the basis of disclosures made by You in the Proposal Form or any other information received by Us including medical examination report of the Life Insured.
Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;
Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:
