Towing Contractor definition

Towing Contractor means an individual or company working under contract to the City of Langley to provide towing services.
Towing Contractor means any firm, partnership, tow operator, association or corporation duly licensed by the state of Washington to perform towing and storage services that enters into a contract with the department of public safety to perform towing and storage services under the provisions of this chapter.
Towing Contractor means any firm, partnership, tow operator, association, or corporation duly licensed by the State of Washington to perform towing and storage services that enters into a contract with the King County Department of Public Safety to perform towing and storage services under the provisions of this Ordinance, or similar provision of the King County Code.

  • The Towing Contractor shall, at all times, comply with the storage facility specifications of this Agreement.

  • The Towing Contractor shall tow vehicles hereunder only to its approved storage facility without delay, or interim parking, unless the owner or operator of the vehicle directs that it be towed to another designated location, and arrangement for paying the tow bill have been made and such direction does not conflict with the direction given to the Towing Contractor by the Police Department.
