Written notification confirming the above described verbal notification shall be provided to the Towing Contractor within five (5) working days.

The Towing Contractor shall, at all times, comply with the storage facility specifications of this Agreement.
The Towing Contractor shall tow vehicles hereunder only to its approved storage facility without delay, or interim parking, unless the owner or operator of the vehicle directs that it be towed to another designated location, and arrangement for paying the tow bill have been made and such direction does not conflict with the direction given to the Towing Contractor by the Police Department.
