Traffic Plan definition

Traffic Plan means a detailed plan providing for the control of traffic for the special event, including vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist movements, and that may provide for detours, public transit and emergency vehicles access and egress, public access and separation from hazardousareas, temporary barriers and devices necessary for traffic control;
Traffic Plan means a detailed plan providing for the control of traffic and parking for the special event, including vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist movements to and from, and within the event location, and if applicable to the special event, information regarding the following:
Traffic Plan is defined in subsection 7.3 of this Agreement."Utilities Expenses" means Electric Charges (other than Tenant Electric Charges) and all charges for any other fuel that may be used in providing electricity and services powered by electricity that the Landlord provides in accordance with section 8 of this Agreement to the Building, the Leased Premises, Other Leased Premises, the Common Facilities and the Property, including sales and excise taxes and the like.

Examples of Traffic Plan in a sentence

  • Any temporary street closure proposed in the Traffic Plan will to the extent reasonably practical, provide exceptions to permit vehicular and pedestrian access to the tenants, occupants and the invitees of any buildings or private outdoor space with vehicular and/or pedestrian access points on the street proposed for the temporary closure.

  • Specific Plan means the Sunset Specific Plan.

  • Health insurance plan means any health insurance policy or health benefit plan offered by a health insurer or a subcontractor of a health insurer, as well as Medicaid and any other public health care assistance program offered or administered by the State or by any subdivision or instrumentality of the State. The term includes vision care plans but does not include policies or plans providing coverage for a specified disease or other limited benefit coverage.
