For clarity, the term “Transferred Approvals” shall only refer to the approvals, registrations, licenses or authorizations granted by the applicable Regulatory Authority and expressly excludes any Sanofi Core Know-How or any of Sanofi’s rights in or to the Existing Joint Know-How included or referenced therein, which shall be subject to the license grants in Section 2.2. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.
