Transferred Entity Employee definition

Transferred Entity Employee means any employee employed by any Transferred Entity.
Transferred Entity Employee means each employee of a Transferred Entity as of immediately prior to the Closing (including any such employee who is on sick leave, military leave, vacation, holiday, short-term or long-term disability or other similar leave of absence).

Transferred Entity Employee means each employee (including any employee on an approved leave of absence) of a Transferred Entity as of immediately prior to the Closing.
