Transferred Entity Employee definition

Transferred Entity Employee means each employee (including any employee on an approved leave of absence) of a Transferred Entity as of immediately prior to the Closing.

Transferred Entity Employee means a Business Employee employed by any Acquired Company, but solely in respect of the period commencing on the Closing Date.
