Transferred Leased Real Property definition

Transferred Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.17(b).

Transferred Leased Real Property means Leased Real Property that is the subject of a Transferred Real Property Lease.

Transferred Leased Real Property means all real property that is the subject of the Transferred Real Property Leases.

More Definitions of Transferred Leased Real Property

Transferred Leased Real Property means any one of them; and

Transferred Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

Transferred Leased Real Property means the real property leased by Citrix or any of its Subsidiaries as tenant scheduled pursuant to Section 4.12(a) of the Merger Agreement, together with all fixtures and improvements thereon.
